Overview

A day unveiling the charms of the southwestern coast and experiencing an authentic slice of Mallorcan life.

You will be spending part of the morning at the vibrant weekly market of Santanyi, where a wide variety of products can be found, including local produce, artisanal foods like cheese and sobrasada, crafts, textiles and much more.

You may also wander around the streets and smaller alleys near the Plaza Mayor, with whitewashed buildings, boutiques, art galleries and atmospheric cafes.

Afterwards you will be heading to Mondrago Nature Park, one of the natural gems of the island and a protected area which counts on a variety of landscapes made up of beaches, coves, Mediterranean coastal forests, dunes and cliffs from where it is common to see turtledoves, kestrels or hoopoes and even peregrine falcons, or black vultures

There are four itineraries available for walking through different areas of the Mondrago Park,  either going into the forest or along the coast - all of them are quite easy and can be completed in less than an hour, even if done with children.

You will also be able to enjoy the white sand and turquoise waters of Cala Mondrago and S’Amarador beach, both quite close to each other. Caló des Burgit is also a great option for those who prefer to walk a bit further in exchange for a quieter atmosphere.

Carbon footprint offsetting

Carbon offsetting is a method used to balance greenhouse gas emissions by investing in projects that reduce or eliminate equivalent emissions elsewhere.

At Lemon Tours, we carefully calculate the carbon footprint of each of our tours, considering factors such as transportation and activity consumption. We then invest in a variety of certified projects, such as renewable energy, reforestation and others, to offset these emissions.
