With over 39 years of active involvement in the hospitality and travel industry in Mallorca, at Lemon we are one of the longest established local travel companies on the island, being seamlessly committed to deliver the best value to our guests through each of our travel experiences. Indeed, each trip that we design is still as exciting as the first.

Now, almost four decades later, we keep finding endless inspiration within our diverse, cherished island that constantly calls on us to create new experiences and to expand our meaningful connections even further, while our main intent has remained at all times unchanged: Making our travelers to grasp and fully connect to Mallorca’s true essence.

Jose always stays a step ahead and prepared. He considers his work “quite challenging and therefore extremely rewarding”. Indeed, he handles everything from people to projects, implementing our business strategies into our daily operations, leading our talented customer service teams, scaling tech, tools and processes, and ensuring that Lemon travelers are delighted every step of the way.

He brings a unique leadership style to the table, continuously reminding us about the fact that understanding and personally connecting with the customer is of paramount importance, so that we can bring our ability - or superpower, as he describes it - to the next level, by taking that understanding and creating something awesome out of it.

With a unique blend of creative and analytical skills, Charlène helps us evolve and adapt to the industry trends by developing innovative marketing plans where she manages to transparently communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences who we are and what we do.

She believes that change is the only constant and manages to motivate our different departments through her youthful and affable attitude, as well as through her effective, proactive and engaging PR and marketing initiatives.
